Here we are presenting different types of customized machine solution, which can be either used in semi-automatic or fully-automatic mode.

The BM STS 100 is a semi-automatic tax stamp applicator for different product types.

The BM STS 200 is the automatic version of BM STS. The products are seperated on the conveyor belt and application is done automatically.

The feeding of the products to the conveyor can be realized either manually, customized or with an optional turning table (tins, bottles).

Downstream the products can be picked up manually or can be transferred to an existing customized solution.

The BM STS 200 can be also equipped with add ons like tax stamp control system.

The BM STS 200 B is an automatic solution for applying tax stamps directly to the e-liquid bottle.

The feeding could be either manually, customized or with an optional automatic sorting system incl. reservoir.

Downstream the products can be picked up manually or can be transferred to an existing customized solution.

The BM ATS is a machine solely for line integration.

With a speed up to 250 ppm, it fulfils highest demands to an efficient production and is not meant to be manually feeded.

There are 2 versions of the ATS:

1. Standard machine for boxes with with tax stamps in L orientation (over the edge)

2. ATS P for tobacco pouches with a flat application of the tax stamp.

Both versions are equipped with a tax stamp control and reject station.
