Lid applicator

The customer has an existing reservoir and conveyor for lids.

Our challenge was the retrofit of a lid applicator for shisha tins.

The solution puts the lid on the tin and presses it on with the tins movement.

Tax stamp applicator for stand-up pouches

The customer has requested a solution for application of tax stamps to stand-up pouches.

The issue with the current process was the low speed and a lack of reliability of the existing machine.

We designed a concept, which works either as intergrated solution in the current line or theoretically as a semi-automatic machine.

Bottle erector

The challenge was to create an erector for bottles to be connected to an existing reservoir with conveying system.

The existing equipment conveys the bottles horizontal and the downstream BM STS 200 B needs them to be feeded in standing position.

Case Packer for tins

Based on a customers demand, we designed a case packer for shisha tins.

The cartons are picked out of a magazine and are erected afterwards.

The tins are packed in a collation of 3×4 to the cartons.

The cartons will be finally closed by tap and/or glue.
